The key to burning fat is to listen…

During my Party: Simply Slim: How to Eat What You Want so You Can Wear What You Want and Have the Energy to Strut your Stuff; I shared how to let your body to do what it is meant to do: burn fat!  Being good with food was not an essential ingredient! 

 

 The first step towards becoming simply slim only  happens WHEN  you listen to your body.

 

You may have trust issues.

 

After all, maybe your body has let you down.

 

Maybe you have done everything “they” say with limited success.

 

Or, you had phenomenal success then you turn your back for a second and all that fat is back!

 

In reality; you body has not let you down; but rather, you have let down your body.

 

This may sound harsh but any weight loss program that is not a lifestyle change that HONORS you and your body will fail.

 

When you attempt to fit your body into a program that doesn’t fit; you are failing your body.

 

Unlike the billions of other programs geared towards weight loss; I focus more on weight release by not getting rid of the fat, but rather; digging into it and listening…

 

When you can learn the lesson the fat burning will start to smolder.

 

The irony is that the wisdom of your diets’ past hold nuggets of gold to burning off the fat and revealing the body within.

 

In order to do that, just create 

Your Diet Rules!

During Simply Slim: How to Eat What Your Want so You Can Wear What You Want and Have the Energy to Strut Your Stuff; I walk you through HOW to create your diet rules!  You can pick up all the party favors here and it is free until Friday, August 9!

Let me give you a brief play by play:

1. List all diets past.

2. List what you liked about each diet

3. List what you didn’t like about each diet.

4. Do the things you liked and let go of the things you didn’t like.

5. Always be FIT: 

  • F: Focus on what has worked in the past.
  • I: Implement imperfectly
  • T: Tweak without judgement.

Your body will tell you if you are on the right track but to do that you have to get quiet and listen.
