- Kaizen: taking small steps consistently and tracking those steps
- We join each week to cook delicious and low-carb meals together. You receive everything you need including recipes, videos, grocery shopping lists and cheat sheets. All you need to do is get the groceries delivered and turn on your smart phone. Everything is recorded so you can watch anytime. Yet, I find that most people won’t watch the video so I have built:
- Weekly Expand time sessions: You have a busy life and our schedules may not mesh every week. So, I created sessions online where you commit to WHEN you will be cooking your meals. This helps keep you accountable and ensure that your investment at Cooking Healthy Academy is not a waste.
- Monthly Dinner Parties: Bring your dinner to the computer while I share important tricks and tools and tips that help you get results.
- Online Community: Everyone has a facebook group, but not like ours! The Cooking Healthy Academy Test Kitchen features videos everyday that will help you cement your new habits.
