The seduction of weighing less has become a commodity of how fast can you lose it with as little effort while also investing as little as possible.

Weight loss fails you and then manipulates you into believing that something is wrong with you and in turn, you need this DIEt.

The country is being suffocated by its own fat, yet if weight loss does not work, what does?

I LOVE WEIGHT RELEASE!

When I share the philosophy of weight release and intu^nutrition many doubters roll their eyes and ask: “Isn’t it just a matter of semantics? What’s the difference?

 

When you think and say weight loss, your brain goes into “find” mode.

When you say and think weight release, your brain goes into letting go mode so you can meet and greet your true body.

Weight Release pulls the weight gain out by the roots, so they don’t grow back while weight loss provides you unsustainable gimmicks and fads.

Weight loss can be easy while maintaining that weight becomes nearly impossible. (Don’t believe it is easy? Think back to a DIEt past and remember when you said you could do this forever? That being thin tasted better than weight gain?)

Weight Release is simple AND involves hard work, yet maintaining that weight release proves easy because your weight releasing habits and behavior become automatic.

Weight loss is about avoiding certain foods and behaviors,.

Weight Release moves you to embrace new practices while also leaning into fresh customized eating that is fun and satisfying.

Weight loss is about eating their way.

Weight Release is about eating your way.

Weight loss is about keeping those bigger sizes just in case.

Weight Release is about chucking those big girl pants into the donation pile, knowing you won’t need them again.

Weight loss is about the scale being your god.

Weight Release revolves around God. (Or whatever would you enjoy to use for a Higher Power.)

Weight Release requires investment in money and time.

You will be asked to dig those roots up and pull them out, and that means an investment in your emotional health.

You will also be investing in letting go of the wheel, so you knuckles no longer turn white and invest in new habits and Behaviors.

I can promise: when you invest in weight release, your smaller true body will be bigger than you can ever imagine. Your confidence will soar. Your relationships will deepen, and your wardrobe will expand.
