Cooking Healthy has gotten a bad rap.
The “experts” make it look so hard by:
- Sharing their rows and rows of perfection portioned plates that look and taste bland.
- Sharing ingredients that cannot be pronounced or even found at your grocery store.
- Sharing the mindset that you just must:
- Spend hours in the kitchen
- Eat tasteless food.
- Overhaul your lifestyle all at one time or you are wrong.
At Cooking Healthy Academy, you no longer need to listen to those “experts.”
To be honest, I am an impatient person. Even though I love to cook, meals never take more than 30 minutes to prepare. Recipes contain no more than 5 to 7 ingredients and if you cannot find the ingredient in the grocer, then you don’t need it.
Cooking Healthy can be simple and fast. You can have a blast creating meals you want to eat with others all over the world without having to leave your home and while wearing your PJs. Heck, you don’t even need to brush your teeth!
